Allows children to develop their movement ABCs - agility, balance, coordination and speed - and learn the basics of the game while emphasizing fun, cooperation and maximum touches with the ball.

Ages 9-10
Develop a technically sound set of lacrosse skills and athletic movement skills necessary in lacrosse (agility, quickness, change of direction). Getting as many touches with the ball as possible.
